Roxy Kolev, CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP

Roxy serves as Certified Human Resource Consultant and brings over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Benefits Administration and Compliance. Prior to joining The Olson Group in 2014, she managed the HR function in small to mid-sized organizations in industries including Healthcare and Information Technology. Currently, Roxy leads the HR Consulting division helping clients in various industries with HR related compliance issues, recruiting solutions, employee management, and benefits regulation. Her areas of expertise include benefits compliance and best practices, HR infrastructure and policy development.

Kelly Gaskell is a Human Resource Associate at The Olson Group bringing 4 years of Human Resource and Benefits Compliance experience with a background in business operations. Prior to joining The Olson Group, Kelly worked in the marketing/advertising and retail industries. In Kelly’s current role, she provides consultation and support to clients across a wide range of industries and sizes with short and long-term solutions in areas such as ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, policy and handbook development, and a variety of other HR best practices.
