We are seeking to add a Benefit Technology Specialist/Account Manager to our team! The role of this position is to assist the Benefit Technology Manager in the daily functions of our proprietary online enrollment platform. It is the Benefit Technology Specialist that will provide support during the initial setup, client support, client audits and benefit enrollments.

Our company is looking for an outgoing Employee Benefits Consultant to be responsible for generating leads and meeting and beating sales goals. Duties will include following up on sales leads, sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with future clients.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of employee benefits, the sales process and dynamics, and also excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience in health insurance and sales is an advantage.
Retirement Manager

The Retirement Manager will promote the collaboration and teamwork in the retirement services division. Provide relationship management for clients, assisting with sales proposals, creating sales materials and delivering presentations for new business, and coordinating client and participant inquiries. The position will work closely with our Broker Dealer to ensure compliance for existing clients, new clients transitioning to The Olson Group and with internal staff.
